On the move: Spokes 1 pendant luminaire from Foscarini
A perfect expression of lightness and movement, the Spokes pendant luminaire is a very special design. Its shape and the tensioned net filter the light and project a kaleidoscope of light and shadow onto walls and floor.
The shape is reminiscent of antique lanterns, underlined by the material.
Design studio Garcia Cumini
The multidisciplinary experience of two designers is bundled in the Studio Garcia Cumini. Vicente García Jiménez and Cinzia Cumini share the philosophy of "Slow Design", which gets to the bottom of the soul of things. Technological developments, artistic expressions and social trends shape the designs of the design studio.
Foscarini – Italian luminaire design
Foscarini was founded in 1981 on the Venetian island of Murano. The Italian manufacturer designs, develops and manufactures lighting fixtures that inspire both in their switched-on and switched-off form. Maximum creative freedom is guaranteed by the manufacturer's independence from production requirements. Foscarini has been working closely with various international designers for more than 35 years.
