With the floor lamp N1 Artificial the designers “nachacht” have created a living accessories which istypical for the style of the three Berliner with its clear design language and the loving gaze for extravagant detail. The floor lamps gets its striking look from the radical combination of wood and metal. The sturdy beech tripod frame acts as the base. The tapered legs of the lamp give it a certain grace. The light is filtered through a fabric covered lamp shade thus creating a cozy and homely ambience.

 

 

 

 

 

Arco floor lamp Flos

 

With its classy marble base and an elegant shaped bow the Arco floor lamp Flos is an absolute classic of contemporary design. This rather imposing lamp was designed by the brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for the Italian lamp manufacturer Flos in 1962. The basic idea of the draft was a lamp which projects its light onto a table without crowding the space around the table. As a counterweight the designers choose marble as this takes up less space at the same weight than cement. The extendable shaft can be accurately adjusted making Arco floor lamp a perfect lamp for reading. The special character of this huge lamp makes it incomparably striking.

 

 

 

 

6556-F floor lamp

 

The first version of the world-famous 6556-F floor lamp was created by the successful German industrial designer Christian Dell in 1931 for the luminaire company Gebr.(Brothers) Kaiser and CoWith its formal unity and the low count of basic elements it embodies the formative style of the Bauhaus era. The smooth, asymmetric lamp shade made of steel sheet is form-specific. As the floor lamp can be titled at the base joint as well as flexibly adjusted at the upper joint the light can be directed to the right spot. The worldwide patented pivot bearing connection and the for Kaiser Idell lamps characteristic dome shaped socket are the special features of this classic lamp model. Since 2010 the entire Kaiser Idell collection can be obtained from Fritz Hansen.
