Divine: Theia M Table Lamp Marset
It is not surprising that this design table lamp was named after the Greek goddess of the sun, the moon and the dawn - Theia: the lamp by designer Mathias Hahn for Marset is fascination and beauty at the same time. Hahn combines light and shadow in one object, only by slightly turning it around its own axis, it is either a reading light or turned against the wall, a discreet background light. Two interlocking hemispheres, one arranged vertically, the other horizontally, create beautiful light reflections and, when rotated, a completely different appearance each time. This truly divine design table lamp will also be a talking point in your home. The German designer Peter Hahn, born in 1977 in Osnabrück, graduated from the University of Essen and now works as a freelance designer for Tom Dixon in London. In 2010, he received the German Design Award as Newcomer Designer. Hahn tells a story with his objects - with his high demand on functionality and technology, this becomes the perfect melange. His design light goddess Theia made of metal and transparent plastic is available in white and black.
