A tribute to Pierre Jeanneret - the Capitol Complex Chair is one of the most famous models from the eponymous building in Chandigarh. The combination of wickerwork and sturdy wooden frame is a key feature of the design chair. The shape of the Capitol Complex Chair is almost geometric and sculptural.
Cassina - a company with tradition
Cassina was founded in 1927 by two brothers in Medina, Italy. Shortly after its foundation, Cassina was already doing truly pioneering work. By bringing together architects and designers with the most diverse backgrounds, interests and skills, an exciting mix of completely new ideas was created, which became characteristic of Cassina furniture. The company encouraged people to break completely new ground in the areas of materials and design language in order to turn visions into reality.
Today, Cassina is a traditional company that relies on a balanced combination of manual craftsmanship and industrial production using highly developed machines in the manufacture of its furniture. The use of natural materials such as leather and wood ensures maximum individuality.

The design chair is made of wood and Viennese wickerwork and has no armrests. It is 45 cm wide and 81 cm high. The seat height is 43 cm.
