Anyone who is as flawlessly beautiful as the Twiggy Wood design pendant lamp by Foscarini doesn't really need a face-lift. On the other hand, a special edition for the 15th birthday is also a nice present. Star designer Marc Sadler has once again intensively dealt with his cult lamp Twiggy and voila! Here comes the Twiggy Wood pendant lamp with a technically modern touch. Twiggy Wood is, as the name suggests, made of wood. The design is so noble that it is not even noticeable at first glance. Two overlapping leaves made of bleached maple wood are held in shape with two bamboo rings, the light beam goes gently upwards and illuminates the area under the shade in a targeted manner, so it is just as suitable above the dining table as floating freely in the room. Designer Marc Stadler has now revised the technology and created a more energy-saving luminaire - with the pleasant side effect that the light illuminates the living space even more warmly and pleasantly. Twiggy Wood fascinates with material and technology, consisting of a transparent self-supporting cable, a small shaft made of liquid-painted glass fibre composite material and a ceiling rose made of ASB plastic. A small work of art, timelessly beautiful and therefore suitable for many styles of living.
From ski boot patent to design lamp icon:designer Marc Stadler

For Fascarini, he designed the iconic Mite as well as the Tite lamps and the Twiggy lamps. Sadler experiments a lot with plastic and is a sought-after consultant worldwide.
Foscarini: world-famous design brand
With its extravagant design lamps, the Italian manufacturer Foscarini has made a name for itself worldwide.
