Sparkling composition: Caboche media pendant lamp by Foscarini

Transparent spheres line the lampshade of the Caboche pendant luminaire by Foscarini, transforming the light that passes through into a sparkling and shimmering composition.

The lamp is a true jewel of design and comes from the synthesis of technology and creativity. The light of this design luminaire shines both upwards and downwards and, thanks to the clear spheres, also diffusely into the room.

Patricia Urquiola 's style is unconventional and sensitive at the same time, and it is also characterised by the harmonious interplay of technology and people. It is therefore not surprising that she has already been honoured with numerous awards, such as "Designer of the Decade" (Home magazine) or "Designer of the Year" (Wallpaper, Ad Spain, Elle Decor International).

Eliana Gerotto's field of work is versatile, whether interior design, product design or graphics - the Italian is an all-round talent. Her creative entrepreneurial spirit leads her to ever new areas and so interior design was not far from her mind.

In collaboration, Urquiola and Gerotto developed the Cabouche series for Foscarini.

Foscarini - Italian luminaire design

Foscarini was founded in 1981 on the Venetian island of Murano. The Italian manufacturer designs, develops and manufactures luminaires that inspire both when they are switched on and when they are switched off. Maximum creative freedom is guaranteed by the manufacturer's independence from production constraints. For more than 35 years, Foscarini has been working closely with various international designers.
