Whether above the dining room table or in the living room: The Birdie pendant luminaire by Foscarini cuts a good figure everywhere. Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, a design couple with studio in Milan, were inspired by a bird sitting on the branch of a tree. This romantic image is supported above all by the small branch that "grows" diagonally to the side below the transparent cable.

The diffuser itself is a new interpretation of the classic lampshade and does not only serve as a direct light source - it rather manages to create a pleasantly warm light atmosphere in the whole room.
