Multi-part: PH 3 1/2 - 2 1/2 floor lamp Louis Poulsen
Already in 1925/26, the famous designer Poul Henningsen designed a three-part lampshade that was to become famous. As with all designs, Poul Henningsen's main concern was to create luminaires with glare-free light, so that they cast soft shadows and the light cone is perfectly aligned. The model PH PH 3 1/2 - 2 1/2 floor lamp belongs to the 30-model series with three-part shade, three of which are outdoor luminaires.

The Danish luminaire manufacturer was already founded in 1874 and since then produces products that are dedicated to the duality of design and light. The luminaires are designed for various purposes and are therefore particularly functional. Louis Poulsen produces indoor as well as outdoor lights in close cooperation with well-known designers such as Poul Henningsen, Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton, Øivind Slaatto, Alfred Homann, Oki Sato and GamFratesi. Thus, the manufacturer has established itself as one of the most important global suppliers of lighting elements.
