Minimalism meets movement - the design of the Plato desk is a very special one, because reduced to the essentials, the design desk nevertheless knows how to inspire all along the line! It was designed by three young designers from the Bauhaus University Weimar: Alissa Arends, Leon Bucher and Yelim Kim.
Müller Möbelwerkstätten
Müller Möbelwerkstätten has been developing and manufacturing products in northern Germany for over 140 years. The medium-sized family business is managed by Jochen Müller in the 5th generation. the first collections were presented at the Cologne Furniture Fair in 1971 and since then many more design products have been created year after year in close collaboration with renowned designers. The manufacturer's products are characterised by the German concept of design and quality. Clarity of form and functionality are just as important as timelessness and workmanship.
Material and format
The desk consists of a powder-coated steel frame and can be folded and reassembled in a few simple steps. The table top is 25 mm thick. It weighs 11.5 kg. The table is 75 cm high.
