Our tip: Nanimarquina
The industrial designer Nani Marquina launched her eponymous label in 1987. With her modern carpets, she broke new ground in Spain at the time; there simply wasn't anything like it. To offer her customers the greatest possible variety, Nanimarquina works with national and international designers.
In addition, the deep respect for craftsmanship is one of the cornerstones of the manufacturer. All carpets are made in India, Pakistan and Nepal, countries with a great tradition in the production of handmade carpets. Here, the unusual designs are created in sustainable production and using natural and local materials.
Heymat - Sustainable design from Sweden
The couple Sonja Djønne and Thoralf Lian founded Heymat with the idea of combining the high quality demands placed on industrial doormats with modern Norwegian design. Thoralf Lian's experience in the field of industrial doormats goes back to the knowledge of three generations. His wife Sonja Djønne, with her interest in interior architecture and design, brings the aesthetic component that gives Heymat doormats their special look.
The doormats are made from recycled materials. This means they are not only good for the environment, but are also very easy to clean. In addition, Heymat inspires with appealing designs and colour combinations.
