Plissé is a folding technique known from fashion that enjoys timeless popularity. Designer Michele De Lucchi has modelled his Plissé series from Alessi on it and created a collection of kitchen utensils that are anything but functional. The folded design transforms these everyday helpers into sculptural objects characterised by timeless beauty.
