The Puffo from Gufram is a sculptural piece of seating furniture with an unmistakable design dating back to 1968 and inspired by urban street bollards. Gufram - tradition meets avant-garde
Gufram, founded in 1966 by the Gugliermetto brothers in Turin, revolutionised the world of furniture with radical design and innovative materials. The Italian company developed the revolutionary Guflac® coating over 50 years ago, which is now used in the advanced version Guflac® Ultra. Gufram furniture is exhibited in renowned museums worldwide and traded at international auctions. The company stands for non-conformist design that masterfully combines art and functionality.
Material and format
The Puffo has a diameter of 52.5 cm and a height of 46 cm and weighs 9 kg. The core material consists of soft polyurethane foam, which is moulded by hand into a cement-like texture. The characteristic surface is sealed with the patented Guflac® Ultra coating, which guarantees exceptional resistance to weathering. The Puffo is available in various bright colours.
