Atmospheric: Flamtastique Bioethanol Lamp Outdoor Fatboy
Inspired by an old-fashioned oil lamp, Flamtastique by Fatboy is a particularly impressive outdoor lamp. Not only because of its size, but also because of the enchanting flame swirl created by the bioethanol. With the design lamp for outdoors, you can light a fire stylishly and safely. Simply fill the bowl with bioethanol and light the flame with a long match or a lighter.
Fatboy - guarantor for cosy sitting
The foundation stone for Fatboy was laid in 1998 by the Finnish designer Jukka Setäla when he designed a unique beanbag. A name was quickly found, not because of its dimensions, but after the artist Fatboy Slim. The Dutchman Alex Bergmann recognised the potential of the design and acquired the exclusive sales rights in 2003. Since then, Fatboy has continued to develop and so, in addition to the absolute hero of the range, the beanbag, many other products can now be found in the manufacturer's portfolio. All products pursue a common goal - to free the user from his daily routine and to give him a big grin.
Material and format
The base of the lamp is made of recycled plastic. It can be weighted down with water or sand. This way, the lamp stands firmly in place even in unsteady weather. The middle part of the luminaire is made of metal and has an anti-rust treatment. Each Flamtastique comes with a lid that fits exactly on the glass cylinder. This extinguishes the fire in no time at all.
