Who are we ?

Our company has specialized in the furnishing of formal public offices and private houses. Besides this Internet shop we have a 700 square meters large showroom ?

Original or fake ?

All the articles offered here in the shop are originals with certificate of authenticity. As licensed specialist dealer partner of manufacturers like Vitra etc. we are not allowed to sell imitations.

Do you deal in other makes or models ?

Through our company structure with shop businesses and online shopping we deal in more articles than we can offer here. Look here at

Do you need a particular article as a present for a special occasion?

Then leave a short message in the comment field of the order about the specifications. We will be pleased to fulfill your requirements promptly. If this should not be possible we will naturally inform you. In this way we avoid disappointments.

With which orders from overseas is VAT applicable ?

Our prices in the shop contain the current german VAT. All orders from third party countries (for example Switzerland) do not have to pay VAT. You can see this in any case in the shopping cart - the important thing is to which country the delivery goes. Should you be a commercial orderer and give us your VAT identification number, we can quote a price without tax.

How can I make a refund claim?

Should you ever be dissatisfied with any article, or if an article does not fit as you had expected, you are free to exchange it. For more information, see the details in our section.

How can I redeem a coupon?

Any coupon that was bought from us is redeemable in conjunction with a coupon code. This code is to be found in the "coupon PDF" that you can download after the purchase.
When an order is subsequently placed, the coupon code should be entered in the appropriate field in the "Payment Details" section. A deduction from the total to the value of the coupon will then be shown in the order summary.

This will be the case whether you pay by credit card or by instant transfer or by Paypal: You will only ever be charged the reduced amount.

How can I find a product?

There are two ways to look for a product:
You can either use the navigation feature of our website. Under menu item "Products" you can select the desired product category, i. e., lamps, living, sitting, et c. Or you can locate a product via the seach box or the advanced search function, by entering the model, manufacturer or designer in order to find the desired item.

Which slide do I need for my chair ?

You need plastic slides for carpets and for other floors like laminates, parkett, stone, lino or tile flooring you need felt slides which do not scratch the floor.

How high are the costs of delivery ?

The amount of the delivery costs can be found at every article in the shop or in the information area under shipment.

How can I pay ?

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery of your ordered article will be within the time period stated on the product page.
On request we will state the delivery time of your desired article. Send a fax or call us, phone 0049 931 46798-28.

When delivering to Switzerland is the German VAT deducted? And how high are the shipping costs?

We deliver to Switzerland without VAT. If you register the prices will appear without VAT.
Per order we charge 25,- EUR for the creation of the customs documents. We deliver DDU,
i. e. the Swiss VAT 8 % and (if they arise) customs fees have to be paid by you. For shipments delivered
by our forwarders (i. e. goods which due to their measurements cannot be send by parcel services) the costs
are not higher than 70,- EUR. Smaller parcels are delivered by DHL/UPS, who also charge a fee.

With which package delivery service do I receive my goods?

We ship smaller packages with UPS, bigger shipments you will receive from our preferred transportation company Kühne & Nagel or by mail (DHL). If you will receive your order by Kühne & Nagel, they will arrange with you an appointed time for delivery by phone. If you should not be home in spite of an appointment with our transportation company, we ask for your comprehension, that we have to bill the additional shipping costs. How do I find out when my goods were sent out by einrichten-design?

You receive an email from us on the send out day. If your goods were sent out by parcel service, the goods will arrive one or two days later. When goods are delivered by our main delivery service, you will receive a telephone call from the service itself on the day it sends the goods out.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is your dependable partner for secure and direct payments online. Paying by Paypal is as simple as sending an email; and your payment will be credited to the beneficiary immediately. There is never a charge for the buyer!

How can I return goods?

In case you want to return the goods we ask you to keep to the following to ensure quick and easy processing. Please contact us beforehand by phone (0931/4679828) or by e-Mail (shop@bueroforum.net), so that we can organize the time and manner of pick-up.
If possible send a copy of the delivery slip or invoice with the return shipment. Please note in advance that these are not obligations for the revocation to be accepted nor will it be restricted hereby.

What should I do if goods have been damaged in transit?

n the case of consignments that are delivered by UPS:

At the time of the delivery, please make sure that the packaging is undamaged. Should you observe damage to the packaging of the consignment, please do not accept the it, because then the insurance cover would be forfeited, and could no longer undertake to exchange the goods.

In the case of consignments that are delivered by a haulage contractor:

Where goods are delivered to you a haulage contractor, unpack them in the presence of the delivery staff and examine them for damage.[bt]If the delivery staff declines to remain while you inspect the goods, only acknowlege their receipt conditionally. Otherwise refund claims that are made at a later stage cannot be accepted.
